Sam's Tricks

Sam has been rolling since the end of December although he doesn't always want to perform - we finally got it on video and it's just cute.  He's getting close to rolling back to stomach - then watch out!!!

Unexpected Gift

Today we got a big box in the mail that we were not expecting - it was from our church, Bethlehem Baptist, and in it was a handmade quilt, a letter, and three books!  So thoughtful and I'm excited to read and use the books.  There is nothing I desire more for Sam than that he is raised to love God and live his life for God!!!  It feels great to know we have such love and support in our church home!

Friday morning when we were leaving for daycare, we had to take a picture as Sam looked like such a big boy in his shoes from Grandma Vander Stelt!

 

 

I do love Fridays!  

There is nothing like picking up Sam at daycare and knowing that we'll have two whole days with him - I love our Saturday and Sunday mornings together getting up early or sleeping in - always up to Sam!

Sam and mom have gotten to spend lots and lots of time together lately as dad is on crutches.  Mom has not minded the time in the morning as she gets to wake you up, get you dressed, and get exta hugs in.  It is still SO HARD to drop you off at daycare..... I don't think I'll ever feel totally okay about it :(
