Little Peanut

Ava 4 MONTH Appointment

Weight:  14lb. 6oz (50-75%tile)

Height: 24.75in  (50-75%tile)

Head:  16.5in (75-90%tile)

We can't believe our little peanut is 4 months old already - time flies.  She is such a good baby - and I mean GOOD baby!  She usually falls asleep at 8pm and wakes up at 5am.  She rarely cries unless hungry or needs a diaper and is very content.  She is also very social now and loves to talk and interact with everyone - she is always looking around and cooing.  She also likes to be entertained by Sam - he lets her hold his finger and will try to coo at her!  We still have to keep a little watch on him as he likes to try to feed her stuff or pick her up.  We also think Ava is almost about to rollover - she can get her leg over but just needs a little more to get the rest of her over.  I expect her to rollover soon as she is close and also doesn't mind being on her tummy.

Her favorite things now are naps on daddy, her little horsey from the Berglunds, and Oinks, her soft pig from Mema and Papa.  She is starting to hold things and likes to manipulate her toys as well as watch moving things and toys with noises.  She is also now sitting in the bumbo.

Mothers Day and Mom's Birthday

We had a wonderful weekend repeating the trifecta from last year - Mom's birthday, Mothers Day, and Ava's dedication. 

Here was the sweet card I got for my birthday from Sam and Ava.

Sam and Ava also made me some wonderful Mother's Day gifts.... they must have had some help!  :)
