Trip to the Oregon Coast - June 2013
We had an AMAZING trip to the Oregon Coast to celebrate 40 years of marriage of mom and dad (or Grandpa and Grandma!). The kids LOVED walking on the beach and running from the waves. They loved playing in the sand and finding shells and crab legs and even a starfish. We went sight-seeing in Astoria and Seaside, went to the aquarium and played at the arcade. We also went on a beautiful hike and to Cannon Falls. We all had a great time and enjoyed just hanging out together at the house - the kids loved playing with their cousins and all the fun toys and the adults enjoyed some lively (and competitive) Pictionary games! Happy Fathers Day to the best dad ever!
After a delicious dinner at PF Changs celebrating dad and a few much needed cocktails from a long weekend of moving, we cooled off in the Fountain at the Grove. The kids were scared at first but loving it and brave enough to run up to by the end.
We are so BLESSED to have such a wonderful husband/dad in our lives!!!!!
