Sam and Ava helped Mom & Dad Carve pumpkins - their job was actually to help put the "Pumpkin Guts" in the paper bags and they loved their dirty job!  It was just a matter of keeping Ava from taking it back out.

Ava's official first trick-or-treat.....  they opened the door with a bowl of suckers and she screamed "Choc-wate!"  She then took her sucker and ran.... screaming until she was able to eat it... the sign of a long night to come! :)

Ava was quite the handful trick-or-treating.  She would grab candy from people - run and try to eat it - scream as mom and dad tried to help her get it in her bag.  So... a pretty short night for her.  We headed back to our house and Mom and Sam went around our block before calling it a night.  

Until next year.... and i'm totally okay that next year is over 360 days away!!!!
